REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Seer Mind, we understand that circumstances can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
SERVICES OTHER THAN QHHT
QHHT sessions require a significant amount of time to be reserved exclusively for each client. For this reason, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a QHHT appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $120 cancellation fee. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.

Failure to attend without notice will also incur the $120 cancellation fee.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Seer Mind.
CANCELLATIONS BY SEER MIND
If Seer Mind needs to cancel an appointment, you may choose to reschedule your session or receive a full refund of any amount paid.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
