5. Eligibility and Suitability

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service unless Seer Mind has expressly agreed to provide the service to a younger person with appropriate parent or guardian consent.

You confirm that any information you provide when booking or participating in a service is accurate, current and complete.

Seer Mind may decline, postpone or discontinue a service where we reasonably believe that:

  • Your behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate.

Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek assistance from another qualified professional.

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation.

All fees are displayed and charged in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Seer Mind is not currently registered for GST, and GST is not presently added to service fees.

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or before your appointment, as shown during the booking process.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact, appointment and payment information is correct.

Where offered, clients may purchase three eligible readings or sessions in advance and receive a 15% discount from the applicable standard individual price.

The following conditions apply:

  • Full payment is required when the package is purchased;

  • The package is intended for one client;

  • It cannot be transferred or shared without prior written approval;

  • All sessions must be used within the validity period displayed at the time of purchase;

  • Appointments remain subject to availability;

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact Seer Mind as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

For QHHT appointments, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $120 cancellation fee may apply.

For other services, any cancellation or rescheduling requirements displayed during the booking process will apply.

If sufficient notice is provided, you may reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee, subject to availability.

If you do not attend an appointment or cancel without the required notice:

  • The appointment fee may be retained or charged; or

Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.

If Seer Mind needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will offer a replacement appointment, credit or refund, as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are considered according to the type of service purchased, the notice provided and whether the service has already commenced or been supplied.

QHHT sessions involve significant preparation and an extended appointment time. The QHHT cancellation conditions in Section 8 apply.

A change of mind does not automatically entitle a client to a refund after a service has been provided.

If a service does not meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.

Any approved refund will normally be returned using the original payment method.

10. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may still finish at the originally scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected.

The full fee may remain payable. If you are significantly late and the session cannot reasonably proceed, the appointment may be treated as a missed session.

11. Online Sessions

For online appointments, you are responsible for having:

  • A reliable internet connection;

  • A suitable device;

  • A private and reasonably quiet location; and

  • Any software required to access the session.

Although Seer Mind takes reasonable steps to use reputable technology, we cannot guarantee that online communications will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical problems.

If a significant technical problem prevents a session from proceeding, we will reasonably attempt to reconnect, reschedule the remaining time or provide an appropriate credit.

  • Provide relevant and accurate information;

  • Participate voluntarily;

  • Communicate your needs and boundaries;

  • Ask questions when something is unclear;

14. Workshops, Group Sessions and Family Constellations

Participants in group services must respect the privacy, dignity and personal information of every other participant.

You must not record, photograph, reproduce or share another participant’s personal information or experience without their express permission.

Although Seer Mind asks all participants to maintain confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the actions of every participant outside the group.

Seer Mind may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening or seriously disrespectful. A refund may not be provided where removal results from the participant’s own conduct, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

15. Recording Sessions

You must not make an audio, video or photographic recording of a private session, workshop, group session or event without the prior express consent of Seer Mind and every person who may be recorded.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

21. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Seer Mind will not be responsible for a delay or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including illness, emergency, natural disaster, government restrictions, venue closure, utility failure, internet disruption or other significant technical problems.

Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service or provide a credit or refund where appropriate or legally required.

22. Complaints and Concerns

If you have a concern about a Seer Mind service, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it promptly and respectfully.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your legal rights or contacting an appropriate consumer-protection or regulatory body.

Seer Mind may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on our website with the date it became effective.
